I sold my brand new GoPro on eBay 2 weeks ago, nothing happened in the last 2 weeks, however, after 2 weeks, today, I received a return request from buyer, he opened a "Doesn't work or is defective" case against me and describe that he found the water go through the screen and he lost his footage. And what he want is FULL REFUND. I was totally shocked, since its a nearly 200 quids deal.
My point is what I sold is SEALED and New item.
And he already USED 2 weeks. and full refund is unacceptable.
This is my 5th time sell on eBay. I'm so upset right now, and I heard eBay always on buyer's side. : (
What can I do right now? Appreciate for any comments and suggestions.

For two years I tried to delete a credit card that had been terminated, Paypal continually blocked it by saying there were outstanding charges, which was not true. Then I sold an item on eBay and they said I had to give them my bank account information to sell an item. When I tried to delete the bank account they blocked the deletion saying that there were outstanding charges, not true. Then I indicated that when I bought something, Paypal was to use the credit card. Every time I changed it to the credit card, Paypal changed it back to the bank account. The last straw was when I ordered a product on line and used Paypal. I entered my current shipping address which was new two months ago. When the charge went thru Paypal changed the shipping address to the address I had moved from two months ago and the item was delivered to another state. When I tried to terminate the account it said that I had outstanding charges (not true) and it would not terminate the account. These people need t be investigated by the fed for fraud or just blatant incompetence.

I worked at GameStop while I was in high school. It was around the time people from 4chan would call and ask if we had Battletoads in stock. The thing was, we DID have a copy of Battletoads for Game Boy. It was after GameStop had stopped selling Game Boy games, but we still had a bunch that hadn’t been destroyed yet. When the meme started, one of my coworkers put the copy of Battletoads in a desk drawer in the back room. We couldn’t sell it, but we had all agreed to just give it to the first person who came in and asked for Battletoads in person. We told everyone who called to please come in and take it. It sat in that drawer, waiting, for 3 years. Not one of those 4chan nerds came in to claim it. Very disappointing.

The Dark Web is a place you don’t want to enter. Now there is a BIG difference between The Deep Web and The Dark Web. The Deep Web is like the Surface Web’s more hated brother, It has all the stuff that won’t go out on the Surface Web. On the other hand, The Dark Web is much more darker. Now I won’t say that I am an elite hacker but I have my ways.
I have seen my fair share of Deep Web shit but The Dark Web was a whole new experience. It was recommended to me by a friend of mine who also was into computers. He gave me all the instructions on how to get to it. When I got home I set up everything and I was ready (or so I thought). Now when I tell you I have seen my fair share of gruesome and horrifying shit I mean it but what I saw on The Dark Web was beyond anything I ever imagined. I saw things no human should see. I saw people getting tortured by the most agonizing ways ever. I saw people kill themselves for money. I saw sick bastards putting bids on when they would die. After some time I got so sick that I felt I was about to puke.
I left my computer and went out for a walk. It was a hot night but the air was cool. After some time, I felt I was ready to go back home. I wasn’t going to open The Dark Web again but when I got home I saw a pop up on my screen. It looked like a chatbox. It only had one message ”hello”. I tried to close the pop up but it won’t close. I clicked the red close button several times but it won’t respond. Panic began to set in. I wrote in the chatbox “who are you?”. The answer sent a horrified shiver down my spine. It said “hey Jason”. It knew my name. I was horrified. The screen began to flash. The chatbox began to erupt information about me. My address, my mother’s name, my work place, Everything about me. I was frozen with fear on my chair. I couldn’t believe it. I knew I covered my tracks well, I checked several times before I started. I couldn’t think at all. I mastered the courage for my hands to go to the keyboard but all I could write was “Who are you?”. The answer made me leave my house without taking anything but my wallet and my phone. It said in red bold letters “ I AM THE ONE WHO GUARDS THE DARK WEB AND YOU ARE AN INTRUDER,SEE YOU SOON JASON”.
I spent the night at one of my friends house. In the morning I booked a room in a hotel. I stayed there for three days. In this period I noticed a black car following me where ever I go. I am in the hotel room now. I can hear someone picking the door outside. I have with me a 9mm pistol and my phone which I am writing this on. If you see this message the this is a warning. Don’t try to enter The Dark Web if you care about your life. I can hear the door open. I am going to die tonight either by someone murdering me or by my free will.
