Paypal wants to “Part Ways” and keep my money.

I have had my paypal account limited and can not withdraw my money, i sent all the relevant information but lost the appeal to lift the limitation, they are now saying i cannot appeal this decision and are holding my money even though the money is not involved in any kind of dispute and i have no open cases etc! they want to hold my money for up to SIX MONTHS! They have already said they wish to “part ways” with me but will still not let me close my account because they do not want to end the user agreement that allows them to wrongfully withhold MY money!
