My shop was closed down over the weekend. I could not understand why… For four years I’ve had a five star rating, great sales, great shipping speed in communication with buyers. I did submit an email to Etsy support, and they came back to me saying that they are connecting me to my husband’s shop which had a low ODR. Apparently he missed the email warning or never got one. Because we use the same IP address in the house, they closed me as well. I am so frustrated because I worked so hard to build this business to make extra money for my kids to go to college. I’ve been using this income as money for groceries so that I can save my substitute teaching money for my three children to go to school. I wish there was someone I could talk to to...but there is no human side to Etsy. These generic blanket emails are ridiculous. Can someone please give me some advice? I have literally been crying for days because I feel like I lost a big part of my life. I had invested a lot monetarily ($500 Worth of materials being delivered this week! )and emotionally call taking time away from my family to build his business. They just don’t even care and respect that my husband‘s business and mine are connected in no way whatsoever. His business is his and mine is mine. They are completely different items and I have nothing to do with his.
